- Ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
- Ticket prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- You agree not to resell tickets at a price higher than the original purchase price.

3. Merchandise Sales
- All merchandise prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change.
- We will ship merchandise to the address provided. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- **Tickets:** All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled.  
- **Merchandise:** Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

All content on this site (music, images, videos, logos, text, etc.) is the property of Brandon Blatz Music and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
